I was almost suckered into their scam! I hope i caught them in time

I received a letter and a FIRST NATIONAL CARD in the mail.ccA AKA CREDIT SERVICE DIVISION. THEY requested me to call to activate the CCA FIRST NATIONAL MEMBERCARD. I have not done so.

HOWEVER, THEY ARE CLAIMING THAT THEY WILL ELECTRONICALLY take my money from my savings account whether I activate the card or not. What should i do?
