This company seems to want to suck you dry with their non breakable leasing agreement. After seeing how so many people have been taken by this sorry excuse for a corporation or buisness. Well I will no longer stand for it.
I read where leasecomm sued one of the leasee in his own state as well as in the state of mass where they are located. Is this is possible to sue them in the state that we the leasee live in? After reading how to file a suit it does state that you must file the claim in the state that leasecomm is in. It also stated that you could bring witnesses.
I would be willing to travel to the mass courts as a united group with petitions of all that could not attend. Could a court ignore such an outcry? I have spent all day filing all the complaints I could online. Tomorrow ill write. Everyone please do the same.
