My name is Chantell Williams-Jones and I too am being ripped off by W.C.C. (Wholesale Connection Company). They called me in December. They offered me a trip for my family in which all children under the age of 18 years-old can stay for free.
At first I turned the trip down due to the fact it was only for a part of four. The sales representive informed that he could give me the trip for my entire family as long as I paid for the two adults. So I did the subtrated one-hundred ninty-eight dollars from my account.
In February I received the envelope from W.C.C. With a folder inside, with 4 brochures inside. I called in July to book the trip that's when I found out that I will have to up-grade me hotel reservations. I informed them that when I first call the young man told me that I should have been told about the up-grade.
At that time I left a message for Michelle Brown and she never returned my call. I kept calling back to see what can happen about this and every time I called to speak to her I never get her I always get her voice mail.
In August of last year I called to try to book my reseration. I called back the same number and it was disconnected.in April someone from W.C. C contected me saying that we were selected to receive a vacation that we already paid for.
After that another recording came on saying this is a curiosity call on behalf of Michelle Brown, saying that I have not respond. I will like to know how can I respond when we still have a matter to clear up and the number that I have is disconnected. If anyone have any information that can help me can you send it to me via e-mail. I think it is a shame that this company is taking advantage of people.
