Viatel Business Office Systems & Solutions BOSS Malicious illegal ripoff with intent to defame

I never received even one notice that I owed anything. I recieved one phone call demanding payment or they would report to credit bureau. I asked for them to fax me confirmation of my account information and charges due. They never faxed the information. They reported the account as a collection on my credit report to harm my credit. I want to nail these illegal scammers. Please report if you are a victim too.
