Same story as everybody else!!! I'm so upset because orginally after hanging up with these freakin people. I called Bank of America since that's where the MasterCard was coming from and basically they said that they were not affliated with them so i left my bank account very low and they did try to take money out and they didn't.
But then next month they did it again and they did get the money the second attempt and I called my bank account and I disputed the transaction and to make the long story short. My bank told me that I will have to call the company myself and ask for a refund because they took the money out my account and yet I have no product no credit card and just knowing with all these other people having the same problem I'm having I know that I will not be receiving anything and that is is fradulent company and I hope that we can get these people out of business and that everyone that does have the same problem to report this.
