I was a student at parks college during May 22 til september 19 and was enrolled in the Medical billing and coding program that cost 6,200 dollars. The course was suppose to be 4 months in the class and 1 month of an externship. Well after i finished the class on September 19, I never heard from the school until I started complaning that i had been out 2 months without getting any response from the school. They started lying, saying that they called me, which they never did and all the staff starting lying to me about my externship. When they finally suggested an externship that they would be looking for, they had suggested that i take one at 3 in the morning until 6. That was just unheard of. They basically refused to give me my money back even though i was dropped from the program without any choice. They refuse to admit any wrongdoing. Students are still attending there and they have been waiting about 4months for the school to set them up on an externship! They lie about the program. They dont provide the services they say they have and in turn they take your money and wont give it back!!! I am in the process of asking some legal help to file a lawsuit against this school.
