Hi, I am a current student of ITT-Technical school in Seattle Washington. I, like many other students have been ripped off. I began in june I then signed my contract for $1200.00 for the semester, in August Financial aid said I owed $1800.00 every month I then asked how is that possible, their breaking a contract (I still have the contract) then financial aid told me they would lower it a bit and if I didn't pay the amount they wanted I would have to leave the school (I still was patient, and said fine and paid the new amounts) then we've (me and the students complained about that and how some of the teachers taught (especially with the discrimination towards women from another class) then I needed to take a semester off because my job wasn't paing enough ($7.00 an hour) to keep my apartment, pay my bills and pay for school, I then talked to the dean and she said that's fine she'll get me set up the following semester, I then asked about my payments she inturn said that would not be a problem I can make them when I come back and they'll set up a new arrangement, I then gave her my new address, said ok. Now It's time for me to return, I then Get a call from a collection agancy (the guy was nice) but said their sueing me, I asked why, he told me and then he gave me leway to contact the school. I contact the dean (no problems) she said I'm starting in march and to contact financial aid, I then asked her about the lawsuit, and she said she had no idea what happened. I then contact Lisa Loftin, very nicley I asked her what happened, she then insulted me and said she pulled me out of collections, I then was still very calm trying to tell her my problems with financial aid, she wouldn't let me speak and insulted me again and again, talking about how my ass was attached & I have to watch it by myself, and that there a business. Now I'm mad I tell her I want to speak to her boss, no response then she tells me and say's he's in a meeting, I contact his secretary and leave a message. Like many other students I want a refund back. Abusiness should not treat a customer this way, especially a school (what a rip off)
