I paid for a service with InetGiant.com back in Noverber 2004. This was a one time charge. Well since then they continously charged my American Express $19.99 every single month for the past 6 months.
When I log into the website and look up under "My Account" it only shows a one tie order for $17.99 in November. I can not find anywhere on my account about this recurring $19.99 order. Furthermore they do not list any customer service information, e-mail address phone number or anything on the site to make inquiries.
I finally had to contact American Express who gave me the phone number of the company billing my credit card. When I called the number I got a recording stating the number ha sbeen changed.
When I called the new number I got an answering service stating that I called the wrong number and told me to call an 800 number. I have called thi 800 number but all I got was a voice mail telling me to send an e-mail. When I sent the e-mail they are ver slow to respond. After a few days this is how the responded.
"Unsubscribing from the InetGiant List does not stop your billing"... You must tell us to stop the billing. WTF?
