I just received a letter addressed to me, where it states that I have won a prize of $3,341, 006.00. It says that if I send $20 they will send a report.
They also ask if I have received any money and they ask me to sign it and date it and to include the check for $20 made out to LVAAP.
It uses a lot of confusing language so that the average person can get all confuse and just send them the $20. I just thought it sounded fishy and looked it up in internet and found you guys and a lot of people complaining about it.
