Apparently, Half.com is ripping people off a lot. I ordered a book from them on 2/20. They withdrew the money a couple of days later. I never received the book. I contacted the seller a few times and then customer service about the seller. I was finally able to file a claim on 3/15.
I had to wait until then because "they used media mail". That was the "projected" date that it could possibly take to arrive. It is now 4/15 and I haven't heard from them. I just sent another claim. This is ridiculous! They don't have a phone number that I can call to speak with a person. I'm ready to join a class action suit to get my money back and then some. Judging by the other claims, they are not paying for any mistakes or standing by their protection plans. I also contacted eBay's live support and they told me that I had to contact Half.com again. There is no live chat for Half.com conveniently.
Please contact me with any type of class action lawsuits. They need to know that we are taking this laying down.
