I am very frustrated with Half.com. I purchased a text book for my son for a college class. The book never arrived, the seller never responded to email inquiries and Half.com has NOWHERE to contact them with problems! There is no phone number or customer service address (that works!) I cannot even file a claim until after a month from shipping date! I need information now!
I will never order anything online from Half.com or Amazon.com (it's parent company) again. The frustration is not worth the little bit you save.
