Here is the BBB VIOLATION letter.
Dear Sir/Madame:
The following unauthorized use of the BBB name has been referred to us. You will find that the company (one of your members) has downloaded and is displaying a BBB report. I have confirmed the contact information for this company. If you could contact the member and advise them to desist, we would be grateful.

I found it at labborg web site, go to membership agreement and read the part that says "NOT TO USE THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU NAME, INITIALS OR LOGO, EXCEPT AS PERMITTED IN WRITING BY THE BUREAU."
The lady named shauna blair of the trademark protection for bbb told me they were not given any written permission and has ordered art kassel to stop!
The other VIOLATIONS HE COMMITTED have been REPORTED TO HIS PI LICENSE BOARD AND SCHOOL BOARD. The bbb membership also says he will not be a bbb member if any government action takes place. That tells me that law enforcement for the state will FIND THE VIOLATIONS AND MAKE A PUBLIC REPORT WHICH WILL TAKE AWAY HIS BBB MEMBERSHIP. I don't know how long that will take, but there are over 34 VIOLATIONS that I found! And he may LOSE HIS STATE SCHOOL LICENSE TOO!
In all of the other reports art kassel has refused to answer this complaint because he knows he was guilty before the bbb trademark office made it official.
If you find any other violations, please go to the bbb website and report this scam school as i have done. He attacks everyone as he has done me and my husband.
