One saturday I was checking my bank statement, when I discovered an unauthorized purchase for $79.95. After calling and speaking with my bank, they imformed me that there was nothing they could do. But they did give me the name of the billing company that charge me the $79.95. (GSEWEB).
Called them they told me that I had to call the company, which was New Healthy Savings on the following Monday. Called them that monday after 30 or so minutes later, I aws told my money would be credited back to my account in 7-10 business day. This was early February.
After several attempts to get my money back nothing! I must have been told eVery excuse in the book, it was processed, talk to your bank. After talking with the bank, I was basically told they lied. Several attempts later, (New Healthy Savings) customer rep. Told me it was out of their hands, that I had to email the supervisor at www.newhealthysavingssupport.com.
Right now to this day no response. Called customer service again they were rude as hell, told me that the supervisor mailbox was full, and I need to wait until my time comes up. Keep in mind I started in February! But you know whats so funny about the whole thing its always the same person who answer the phone, if you call on the weekend you will get the voice mail and guess what, its the same guy
