Espresso Italia Marketing
Ripoff Violated Federal Trade Laws Fraudulant Business Opportunity

Well, first and for most I see it as my dutie to register my complaint in hopes that this will go further then some pissed off people.

My storie is much like those out there... I purchased 20 machines and 2oo cases of product for 30k. It has been the most frustrating business endevor that I have ever been involved in. My intitial order was sent to me in-part and I had to pleed and beg to get the rest. It was over 50 days before I recieved the first ten machines and another 30 before I saw my final 10 machines. Trying to get support for machines that are broken is nearly impossible! They blow fuses and thermostats all the time!

As far as the Law is concern, I was not given a 10 day buffer period from them from the time I was given the ditributoship material to the next time I was contacted or persuaded to send them the initial investment. They where on me like white on rice from the very next day that they overnighted the material to me. I believe this is a violation of federal law? The sales person was Sally Gardner and I got to give it to her she was like a pit bull... The time commitment to get me the machines was not honored as well as the intent to support or my distributorship as a business opportunity. I believe they never had any intentions to support the distributors after the initial investment! They fraudulantly represented this thing as a business oprtunity when they had no intention but, to take our money and to leave us high and dry when they knew the demand for service, parts and products was too demanding.

Does anyone remember the trainer at the Hampton Hotel Jim Humphrey? He caimed to know the owners of Espresso Italia Marketing personally and raved and ranted about them, I wonder if he knows anything on it? I spoke with Richard Sciachitano on March 27 when he informed me of the confrence call that so far has never taken place. He sounded as if the building was burning down and he was trying to escape before it collapsed... He claimed to be the boss over all of customer service, sales department and location representatives?

I spoke with Ricard a week prior and he told me that "US Distributors" bought "Espresso Italia Marketing" and where in the process of reorganizing and where commited to the Ditributors, but it would take a while.

I will keep up with this web site and continue to post any info that I can to help all of us recover from this scam. I do believe ther is some help out there especcilay for those who have machines and need product or parts. Good luck...
