B Telemarketer called said absolutely approved for a $2500 Citibank Mastercard Will send in 10 days Company took my money and we received coupons and fliers and an application for a card that is prepay with a $72 limit Ripoff

Telemarketer called and said a guaranteed approved Citibank Mastercard with $2500 full credit limit immediately would be sent within 10 days from payment. They withdrew the money Feb 7. Sent a copy of the withdraw check from my bank 4 weeks later. We called Citibank customer service, they know nothing of this offer.

We called the customer service number listed. They have no information only that it was shipped. March 30th, no card, no papers. No information. Just an address to send complaint to company.

They used telemarketers (They lie to get their quota), outsource a call center to handle the complaints with no information, and give an "address only" rule.
