I subscribed to National Geographic over a year ago after buying (big mistake) an exercise video from a TV ad. All seemed to be fine till I got a recent bank statement, and there was a charge for another year's subscription for the magazine. Had I been asked to renew??? NO!!! So they took the money out of my bank account. Not only that, today I checked my credit report, and found out that National Magazine Exchange reviewed my credit without my consent recently. So now I have another ding in my credit. I called the number but I have to call back tomorrow morning when they're open. Somehow I doubt I'll get my money back or my credit report fixed.
