Ripoff-paid for plaque and book (have cancelled check) and no book received

Like others, I paid for book/plaque for a worthy student and rec'd nothing but a cancelled check with my bank statement.

Grady Sturgess III (CEO and publisher) should be investigated for disappointing these worthy children (and their proud parents).
