On May 10th a tow, alledgely occured, which has been charged to my condo unit. No tow ever occured. It was fabricated by the resident manager, One, (John) David Swanson. This bill was supposedly for a towing concern (corporation) DBA SafeTow which has since lost their impoundment License in the state of Washington. This bill has been charged by Kappes Miller Management (Condominium Specialists), to my unit, for something that has never occured.
These people are unethical in their business practices (Kappes Miller), amd I would advise any person (s) who buy a condominium, to check first to see if they (Kappes Miller) Kappes Miller Management, manage the condo they want to buy, to steer clear of these theives!
This company (Kappes Miller) has attached this to my ledger and refuses to take it off. Although $179.00 might seem like a mere pittance to some, this is nothing short of extortion, with no proof, and in my opinion has been foisted upon our unit by the manager, John David Swanson. If that's his real name.
