I, too, like the so many I've read, been ripped - off unknowingly by these folks. I had seen the charges and had wondered until today when I saw a phone number listed by the transaction within my bank statement. I thought it was an AOL monthly charge because they have the same fee, but then noticed "BUSINESS MAX" and then realized this has been happening for quite some time. I finally called this morning requesting cancellation and stated I did NOT authorize such charges to be taken without my knowledge and requested a refund as well.
The rep I spoke with, Urshanda or Reshanda ID # 11405 told me it was cancelled immediately, profusely apologized and stated I would get 3 months refunded. We will see. Honestly I doubt it will be refunded, but I'm furious for allowing myself to believe this was an AOL charge all this time. I think this had been going on for a year now. Ugh, I could scream! So if anyone knows of a class action suit that has been submitted, please let me know. This is ridiculous how vista print would do this. Thanks for reading.
