Ripoff credit card scam debit 249 out of account

I had applied for a credit card and these people called me about it I thought it was a real bank that I had applied through.

Well the credit card never got sent, so I contacted my bank to see who took out the money and I looked them up on the internet and this is how I find out they were a scam.

I needed the credit card for some emergency things and now I am behind on some stuff.

I am a single mom of two kids.
