I applied to Amerione for a CREDIT CARD. I did recieve my CARD. However it is useless. I cannot call anyone to find out my balance, and now I am told it is a DEBIT CARD??? I did not apply for a debit card? And it isn't even a REAL CREDIT CARD? That is what the last correspondence from TRANSSEND CORP who has apparently bought out AMERIONE SAYS. I HAVE BEEN FRAUDULENTLY
DECIEVED, as I can see numerous other people are. And all of us had difficult financial situations to begin with or we would not have applied for this card. THAT MAKES IT EVEN MORE EGREGIOUS.
THE ATTORNEY GENERAL of TEXAS needs to investigate this company and arrest some people for this practice. It is apalling. I have two phone numbers, one that asks me for a passcode I WAS never given, so that is useless, and a second, where there is always a voice response saying, CALL BACK LATER, and now the web site is down, I have no idea how much of my money they are holding and how to even close out this account. I was told this bank was part of FNCB, so now who has jurisdiction and the time to take on this scam that so many of us have been hurt by. Thank you for letting me report this!
