Dear Sirs,

On the 10.08.12 I have purchased an item on Gumtree from a person called Jason Miller.

I bought a Linn Amplifier from Mr. Miller and paid him £ 127 via online banking.

Until now I have never received the goods and have been in daily contact with Mr. Miller to get a refund of the paid sum.

Could you please advise if their are any possibilities to get the money from Mr. Miller back or take any legal steps.
