Ripoff Sold horse over the internet never delivered

Last June I agreed to purchase a paint colt over the internet with Eva Erstad of Wilton, North Dakota (kanderanch.com).

Colt (Dakota) was to be paid in full by October and delivered. After numerous delays in delivery and every excuse in the book, on January 12th I asked for a refund.

I have been told on 4 different occasions that a refund check "is in the mail", but it never arrives.

I am out $1,200 for a horse sold over the internet, but never delivered.
