Ripoff tax season is here and no w2! Did anyone employed by norvergence get theirs? If so, please help me!

Now it is officially February 4 and no W-2. I don't know where to begin to get this... Their lawyers, their accountants? If anyone who was employed by Norvergence has any suggestions or answers please send a rebuttal/Consumer Suggestion. Has anyone received their W-2?

My sister has tried to reach Joell Duncan (we both use to work in her department) but surprise, surprise she hasn't returned my sister's messages.
