I have tried numerous times since December to get my money back from them, and yet have only received rude calls from their company. I was led to believe that my wife and I were going to get a regular credit card from a national credit company, and that in return for their setting us up with the card, they would also place us on their homeshopping list.
We found out shortly after that they were lying to us, and they huing up on me, and so I called the bank to stop the debit on my account, so they would not get the money... It was too late. I contacted the better business bureau many times about this, but they did nothing but mail me a letter that they believe the company is going to make good on their claims.
Last wednesday, February 6. I received a call from Gloria Ambrose, from CCA, who claims that the money they took was going back to my account that same day. That was the biggest lie they have told so far, because their has been no money going into the account, and now I have a second set of catalogs from them, that just came in the mail today.
I faxed them again stating what my intentions were if they didn't cooperate with me in making sure the catalogs got back to them, and me getting my money. Nothing.
They have this policy (so they say) that you have to have a return code on what you send, or they won't accept it, but how do you get the code, no one is able to tell me that. I am ready to sue them for averything I can get.
