Essentials Plus Unauthorized Account transaction

I noticed a charge from a company I did not recognize on my Bank One Credit card yesterday. The charge is for $169.95 detailed AP9*BEssentials. I called the associated number today and spoke with Brian, Company ID 17248 who answered the phone line with" Thank you for calling Essentials Plus." I had read reports on this website regarding how to aproach this charge prior to calling the number..

I was advised br Brian of the 1-2 day "full refund" transaction and the ten day window for the refund to show up in my account. I'll track the progress and post an update this website. I'll check into my other Credit accounts. This is BS.
