Hello I have been buying from This Guy for many many years, And just bought a 90mm lens to replace one I had. When it arrived the screws had been left in and were stuck between the lens cell and the Dew cap making it impossible to remove with major damage... When contacted Bill's first reaction was it must be my fault. After sending pictures its plainly seen what the problem was. But he got all snotty and instead of admitting. A mistake had been made and taking responsibility. He refunded my money and blocked me from buying from him..instead of taking care of the problem. And after many years of giving my business to him... I should have listened to others that have had a bad experience with him. They said as long as you do not have a problem with one of his items he's fine but treats people like trash if you do have a problem...
