My mom has also received the same letter as described by some other complainers (please see other for complains on SANTA LUCIA SECURITY COMPANY S.A.). It took the lottery prize out of El GORDO, Spain and told her that she has won USD 615,810.00. It has a form attachment asking for her banking info to be faxed to them.
Looks like these guys are pulling this same scam on many people out there. Hope no one felt for it.
