Man what a story, this kid mike walker... Jeez. Heres my email chats with this guy. Anyone who got ripped off wanna do a class action lawsuit against him I want this guy bad.

And NO ONE promised you a machine for Christmas, you are the only one to blame for missing Christmas for your Son. We stated our policy clear to you, and ordering a 4 days and at 8:00 pm so that left only 3 days before Christmas never works for anyone, and we state that you should check stock before you order to make sure we have them in stock.
Plus you live in California, even if we did have it it would have not made it.

WE are fair, yes we are suppose to get them in, but what happens is the shortage is on, and right now everything is hard o get into stock, we have them on order, just that they come when they come, first come first serve.

When you want to find something bad on anyone that does business you can on the internet, other has more complains than we do, the service industry and sellers always have problems with people when they do not get their way.
We did nothing wrong, you failed to read our polices. Is all.
Some of that is from people like you that do not read our rules, then get mad at us and write frivolous reports, then we sue people for Libel if we catch them.
Anyway that is from only a few people, we have been in business from 1993, and we have many happy customers, read the reviews on our site.
We will take your cancellation as you requested and refund you the P, you are obviously looking for a reason to make trouble. WE cannot work with threatening customers like you.

The last guy who wrote a report on me, I bought his airplane plans, see it says airplane owners unite!!! He ripped me off, so I complained to the BBB and then he started to write complains on me???
When he took my money and never gave up the airplane plans never believe what you read on the internet, when people do not get their way they have a bad habit of lying stating they got ripped off..
Most of them are kids. Or I canceled their order and took our fees then they state we ripped them off.

Then on monday i dont get an email from him with a tracking # so i email again telling him i am just gonna do a chargeback on my credit card cause he didnt email and tell me he sent it like he said he was gonna.
If you threaten me again with a credit card chargeback I will cancel your order and charge you the 50 % cancellation fee, and if you still charge me back I will file a credit report on you. For the full amount due. And it will remain there until you pay me. On your credit report.
You agreed to my terms by contract period. I never said it was going to take 30 days..

Then i told him we will settle one way or another that i dont like to be ripped off.

We accepted you credit card as a favor, using a credit card with us is not a right, it is a privilege. And it is not to be miss used.
We can refund your card, and make you pay cash. If we want to.
And it is still going on, I ordered my ps2 on dec 23 it is now jan 10.
This guy is bad news, if i get to meet him on the streets, what a treat that will be, (i will film it for all you guys lol)
