On our American Express card appeared on December 15 a charge of $149.95 from a company named HDI*CONNECTIONS and a second name HDI*SIMPLEESCAPES. We had never heard of any of those names. We disputed the charge with American Express and they are looking into this. I saw other reports already and I hope they shut them down fast.
