I remember using Just Answer.com last year in May. I paid all charges then. Since then a charge for $14.00 has appeared on our American Express statement 7/12 that I disputed with American Express. American Express refunded the $14.00 and since then another charge has appeared on our statement for 8/12. I have disputed this charge once again, but am begining to think that this will be a monthly charge, and one that I did not authorize or recognize. Eileen & Alfred McGlynn
