WQ Long Distance Unauthorized Credit / Debit Card Usage
We did not authorize the use of our debit card - and have no idea how they got the number. We have researched the situation and we don't know what is going on. We had to look up the number on the internet because they do not give a complete 800 number on the transaction on the bank statement.
When we called they said it would take 30 days to get our money back. We are concerned that they will not refund the $59.78. We informed our bank of the fraudulent activity - and they said they would stop the payments. This needs to be stopped. The business says London GB - I even wonder if it's money laundering with the Al-Quaida - or however you spell that. This needs to be stopped immediately!
