Fairbanks has made resolution offers and gone back on their word. They've added outrageous attorney fees and penalties for late payments some of which they've returned or misapplied. Finally after bankruptcy and desperation we've found a buyer for the house they added $25,000 to the original loan to prevent the closing after pretending to work with us they refused to approve the buyers special finanacing to fix the home causing the sale transaction to fail - leaving us with no other option but to let them foreclose on the house. This was done through their ombudsman so if you think you'll get a fair shake - forget it!!!
