College Network does not allow cancellation of your order. During the seminar, I asked the person who is conducting the seminar in case I changed my mind, if I could cancel my application. He did not answer me rather he said he wanted a committment. The rule was not specified and it was late when I found out that I was only given 3 days to cancel my application.
I feel that the way they get costumers are deceiving.
