Many of us for years have been writing about our grievances, crimes of what we seen and precived as illegal activity. Most of us has been interviewed by many. Our first admendment is the the freedom of speech whether by speech or written. For Mr. Hilbert to say the people vs. Hilbert we have slander him-the law requires that we have a right to speak as long as we do not threathen to kill anyone or start a public riot in the streets.
Needless to say many writers are waiting to have their day in court and it is coming soon. This information was actually given to me ny a judge. I believe eveyone has said all that needs to be said abd we just wait for Dawn/s day in court with him.
We will all be ready to be called as a witnes and if not called as a witness will write letters to the judge or picket for our right tro testify. Until the trail we shall wait in peace.
