Ripoff charge appeared on my phone bill and I didn't authorize them to put it there. I want this removed and can't get anyone to do it

My husband and I started receiving a bill from this company and couldn't figure out what it was for. We called them and was answered by a machine the first times and now we get hung up on. We contacted the phone company to have it removed, but they say they can't; we must call the company. The billing is an unauthorized action. We did not order this.
