We checked our phone bill this month and found we were billed $14.95, and upon further investigation we have been billed since our November phone bill. We have never authorized this.
I called ESBI and was informed that it was authorized through the website for "FREE GROCERY COUPONS" and my filling out the form to recieve the coupons. I left the site when I realized there was a fee. I requested for them to stop and she told me I would be taken off the list.
After learning about the "coupon" PLEASE BEWARE of sites you may enter and check your bills and bank statements. What we take for granted, may be taken advantage of!!!
I also called my phone company about the situation, they suggested that I call my State Attorney General's Office or Consumer Protection Division also a State Dept., and report my phone bill.
