I ordered 5 Max Theater big screen kits, paid for them and gave address for them to shipped to my ebay customers, in October. It is now Nov. 23 and still no shipments. They have told me that they were on back order and would be shipped out the 4th of Nov. Then the 18th.
To date my customers are demanding their money back and calling me a fraud. I don't blame them, they put their trust in me to get them their product and in turn I put my trust in MaxTheater. Only MaxTheater comes out ahead, they kept the money.
I have emailed them and have threatened to take them to court but no response. I have all of the info and invoices from Paypal for evidence if it comes down to going to court.
Be advised, don't order anything from this company, no good will come of it.
