I was contacted by avlis inc from 877-247-0055 in november they was telling me about the credit card and about 0 percent interest on the card for a year and this would help me to establish good credit ratings and after i make payments they will put an extra line of credit of 1000.00 to go with the 2500.00 line of credit already giving.
I said ok i need to build my credit gave them my checking account number got this contract number then a few days later someone contacted me telling me because the money was not in my account because it was a new account and my money go in direct deposit that i would need to pay an additional 300.00 with the 349.25 to get the card i said 649.25 no way am i going to pay that amount of money i told them to stop it i was no longer interested and do not try to debit this money from my account and they said it was not possible for me to cancel it its already being processed.
I told them if they took one dime from my account i would sue there company they said so what sue and hung up on me the money is not debited because i dont keep enough in there for them to try to get but can someone help me to stop this harrasment from happening and keep these people out of my account my thank you
