Charged debit card weeks after I canceled & returned product & refuse to refund charge

I saw that Boehm-Ritter charged my debit card weeks after I returned the Nexiderm & canceled.

I called and a man named Phil said that they do not have any record of receiving the product back. I asked him for a fax number & I would faxc hom proof of delivery.

Since I overnited the package I had a tracking number. I called DSL and they faxed me the proof of delivery page showing someone named L. Ramsey, receptionist, signed for my package on 10-12-04, the day my trial period was over.

I faxed this information to Phil, and they still will not refund my charge, & they won't answer the messages I leave on 888-758-7444 ext 274.

Do not be ripped off. Stay away from this unethical company.
