I have been getting charges on my credit card from freelotto.com twice a month in the amount of $10.00 and $9.95. There is no phone information attached to this billing, I do not have an account with them.
I have looked through their website, written letters to the address listed and to the email address. I have not received any response to my complaints. My credit card company is unable to stop charges from them and I must file a dispute each time they process my card.
