Disputed the total charge with my credit card after finding selftestengine.com products were misleading and unsatisfied. Credit card company has informed me the case was open and in progress. After that, I received a very unfriendly email from Selftestengine.com manager named Shamaila Shafiq ([email protected]) that s/he didn't agree my dispute and threatened to close my account permanently without my consent. I kindly replied him/her to work with their merchant bank accordingly. However, Shamalia Shafig accused me making fake chargeback claim with harassing tone. I considered this is a cyber bully and decided to file with FBI.
