I was contacted by this horrible company, which should be shut down, and at first, it appeared to be a good deal. I was offered a package, at $200 dollars as I read other, victims, in this very same site had been. Only difference is, I received the same exact "package" as they did, for $99 dollars. You see, I told them I could NOT afford 200, so they said, OK, we'll give it to you for $99.00 instead.??
They just dropped it by 101 dollars, just on my word. So right there, all these other people were ripped off for 101.00 dollars, just because that's the first price they ask for.
Then these guys tell you, that you will be contacted by a project manager, and all the help you need to set off, your home based business will be answered, and they will do anything to get you to accept, including a 2 week trial period, 100% money back gurantee (-$29.95) set-up fee, so in my case $99.00 - 29.95.
Now is it me, or is that not 100%???
Anyway, they call you and ask you if you would like to buy a package for 7,800 dollars, you in turn SAY NO, then they offer you all these little packages, 5,000, 4,000, 2,500, etc. These pkgs. Are for advertising emails and pop-up, or some crap like that.
I immediately told them, that I explained initially that I could not even afford the $200.00 pkg., how would I get these, AND I asked if there was ways for me to advertise for free. They sadi yes and gave me 8 things that were so confusing, but said they would work.
Mind you they are SEVERELY attempting to lure you past the 14 days it takes for the refund. Later you call and ask for assistance, and they tell, you there is NO WAY you will make money doing it the free way, THEY TOLD YOU WOULD WORK, DAYS PRIOR.
You tell them you want to cancel, they offer you more crap, that sounds good, (ALL while not noticing that your days are numbered at this point)
You're called cheap on the phone, and told "you were expecting to get rich off of 99 dollars", and I respond, YES, I was told so by the associate. Never do they mention they would call and repeatedly ask for thousands and thousands of dollars.
Well, anyway, I call, tell the "customer service rep., that by the time Fed Ex will deliver it will be about a day or two past my time, he repeatedly agreed I would be re-imbursed, and said there would be no problem. Well, I write this 11/07/04, and they received the mail refund 08/11/04. I have still got no money, and on calls they say they will get back to me.
They should be closed down.
