Is a ripoff

First Capital Consumer Group ripped me off good.
I got a telephone call on March 2 asking if I wanted a mastercard and visa with a credit line of 2500 dollars on each. I thought wow. She gave me my pin number and the phone number to call. She also said it would take 14 business days to receive my package and card. I gave her 200 dollars out of my savings account.

In the middle of April I have not received my package. So, I called their so-called toll free number and called and called. Finally I got a man on the line and told me I have not received anything yet. His reply was, "It takes 3 weeks to receive the package."

About April 17th I got a package with some stuff in a folder, but no card. It is the end of May and I am suppose to get a new package in the mail with a signature card in it. I can not believe how dumb this makes me feel. I have not only lost $200.00 dollars but also have a 300.00 dollar phone bill trying to get a hold of these intelligent losers.
