Calling my home unsolicited by me initiation done by outsider to cause grief to us

An individual who doesn't stay her and it is unrelated is somehow having livelinks contact my house at-all hours of the night time. I'd like this to prevent Cannot discover a way to contact there workplace to protest or quit this harassment.
