Sugardaddyforme.com is a website bringing together older men of means with younger women. While the site itself lives up to what is expected, the company has zero customer service and consistently ignores any calls or emails regarding problems with the site or with billing. I have been a long time paid member. Recently my account access has been downgraded to that of a free membership despite the fact that the company has received my monthly payment of $39.90. I have placed 5 telephone calls (leaving voicemails) and have written 10 emails. (This is not an exageration.) Despite their promise to respond to all emails and customer service issues within 48 hours (which itself is an abysmal response time), they have not responded at all - totally ingnoring all communications. I have read on this site and on others the many complaints against this company, most of them involving fraudulent billing. I have pleaded with these people to simply provide me with the service for which I have paid and I still can't get a response. I can only assume then that all of the other fraud complaints are indeed accurate. I am both baffled by and extremely irritated by this company's attitude and treatment of their customers.
