Wish I would have checked the complaints about Zoosk before I lost $55.00. I joined after getting a message from a "member" and had to pay to respond. I filled out all the info and then clicked to submit and then they added an extra charge on top of the monthly charge of about $25.00. Now I am trying to respond to someone and have already came this far and reluctantly paid the total of $55.00 so I could talk with this "person" who supposedly lived nearby. After paying, I never got another response from the "person" and I checked to see who viewed my profile and it showed that not one person viewed it. I find this strange that someone tries to contact you but did not bother to check your profile. I am sure Zoosk does this with fake profiles just to get people to pay them to join the site. How are they getting away with this? I tried to call but they have a recording that states that they do not take phone calls and I sent emails also but they sent a response that states that they can not accept emails because of the large number of members. Time to put an end to this bullshit! How do we get something done??
