I bought 4 rooms for $45 from living social. They came out and said it would be an additional $200 because of the length of the carpet (not Berber, but hardly shag. Just normal carpet!) and so it would protect it from having the dirty water re-soil the carpet. Absolutely ridiculous! I said to just steam as described in what I paid. He was done in 10 minutes (all 4 rooms). So I don't know what was actually cleaned. Just a waste of $45, but at least I didn't give them more. Scam.
