I ordered Natchez Solution on 8/13. I contacted the owner in September and he stated it would go out within the week. I did not receive the solution so I contacted the owner at the beginning of October. I was told he would check on it and get back to me. I never heard from him. Contacted him again at the end of October and was told I would get a refund. It is now November 26. I have not heard from him, received the solution or received my refund.
