After reading in Real Simple magazine about this fantastic wood cleaner, I went online and placed an order. After six weeks, I filed a dispute with Paypal and did receive my money back and an email from the company explaining that they were very behind because of all the publicity they had recently received. So I decided to place another order on June 17. I have never received the product and have sent four emails asking for a refund. I have called and left a message - I have not gotten any response from this company or the product that I ordered. I have also written to the magazine and they said they have received numerous complaints.
